Vogel Sales Engineering was founded in 1978 by the owner and president, Mr. Roy E. Vogel. Over the past 30 years, Vogel Sales Engineering has expanded beyond its original 2 employees and handful of customers to become one of today’s biggest and best representation organizations featuring over 500 active customers in three states within any year and over 2,000 in any 5 year period. Services have expanded to include CAD services, plant layout and design, and local service for certain key lines.
We are the leading manufacturers’ representative organization in California specializing in the supply of equipment and systems for the processing, handling, and packaging of food products and dry bulk materials, and pneumatic conveying, and dust control. In keeping with its dedication to customer service and support, Vogel Sales Engineering has thirteen full time employees. We have eight salesmen spread throughout California. We have four salesmen out of the Sacramento office, one in central California (Fresno), one in downtown Los Angeles, one in Ontario, California, and one in Phoenix, Arizona. Our inside staff provides inside sales and customer support, and backup to the outside salesmen. This includes application specialists, a full-time CAD operator, associated structural engineer, and customer service personnel. The make-up of the office staff has been especially selected to provide support and to deal with the types of information and problems associated with equipment and plant applications in our selected industries. Vogel customers can rest assured that their orders will be handled efficiently and promptly, and that there will always be someone knowledgeable and helpful available to supply prompt and effective replies to inquiries, questions, or problems.
